#ProjectProgress: Rye Rebuild

We’ve been super busy and working hard on one of our largest projects to date—a twelve thousand square foot, ‘from-the-ground-up’ total design on a beautiful coastal property!

We’re going for a combination of contemporary beach house mixed with a relaxed coastal vibe! Scheduled to be completed this summer, it will feature a transitional design that is simple and elegant, designed right down to the very last detail!

The interior of the home will complement the 270 degree views of the ocean with light and bright materials, natural wood tones, a muted neutral color palette, accents of blues (of course), and subtle nautical touches. With rooms titled the “ocean room” and the “ballroom,” extravagant elements will be spread throughout to emphasize the grandeur of the home. There will also be plenty of space to relax, unwind, and listen to the waves roll by.

Check out some of our inspiration and process work for the home thus far!

Initial Inspiration

Typically, we create inspiration boards based on the direction we hope to head in. Once the general look and feel of each space is approved by the client, design boards are created which feature specific products, finishes, materials, furniture pieces, etc. Here are a few of the inspiration boards we have created for several of the spaces thus far!
